Architectural Review Committee  

Hello and welcome to the ARC page! this page is designed to assist you with the proper way to erect alter or build structures on your property in River Ranch.      

Step #1 Plan and Design

In step #1 you will need to design and draw up plans for your project. The plans must meet all codes for Clatsop County and must show the following; 1. location of structure in relationship to property lines. (there is a minimum setback of 10 feet from all neighboring property lines on the sides , please show the distances on your plan. In Blocks One and Two construction shall be within 120 feet from the roadside surveyed property line.)

2. Construction Height - In Blocks One and Two you are restricted to a maximum of 16 feet in height from the prevailing grade of the lot.

3. All exterior colors of construction - send in color chips if available.

Step #2 Complete the ARC Forms

There are several ARC forms that may need to be submitted with your plan. these can be found on this page. Please select the one(s) that apply, complete them and send them to the ARC at 47089 River Ranch Ln Westport OR 97016. ARC requires a minimum of 20 days to review the plans before approval.

Step #3 Build

​After approval of the ARC (30 days max) you can start your construction, members of the ARC may come to the site to check setbacks and other items on your approved plans from time to time.
