Step #1 Plan and Design

In Step #1, you will need to design your project and submit detailed plans for review. All plans must comply with applicable Clatsop County codes and include the following information:

Structure Location / Property Setbacks
Please indicate the proposed location of the structure in relation to all property lines. A minimum setback of 10 feet is required from neighboring side property lines. Please clearly show these distances on your plans. For Blocks One and Two, all construction must also be located within 120 feet of the roadside surveyed property line.
Structure Height
For Blocks One and Two, structures are limited to a maximum height of 16 feet, measured from the prevailing grade of the lot.
Exterior Materials and Colors
Please provide the proposed exterior color selections for the project. If available, include color samples or chips with your submission.
